So every night, the oil, lotion, and other cosmetics transfer from your skin to your bedsheets, only to transfer all that gunk right back onto your skin the following night, clogging your pores and developing acne. Derme Home prevents precisely that.
Ourselves and many of our early supporters reported noticeable improvements in the first two weeks. However, everybody's skin is different, and some may experience noticeable improvements after three to four weeks. Additionally, we do recommend continuing with your standard skincare routine.
Yes! Derme home’s fabric safely shields your sleep from germs for your whole family. The natural antimicrobial properties of silver have been known for centuries (400 B.C.) and are not harmful to children, pets, or anyone with sensitive skin. Our pure silver ions are all-natural based - we do not use any harsh, toxic chemicals or treatments.
(Buckle up for this one) Research supports that silver-treated fabrics can harm the environment and our ecosystem by inhibiting the growth of bacteria, which is essential to the wastewater treatment process.
This process is a sad consequence of a typical silver "dying treatment" where the fabric is simply dyed in silver. But, as any other "dye" would, it gradually fades away and loses its effectiveness over time. More importantly: the silver ends up washed away in the washer machine and eventually harms the environment - after only a few washes.
We operate differently. Although our process is highly time-consuming and requires a more substantial budget, we are pleased to announce that our silver is not dyed - but bonded with our bamboo fibers on a molecular level for a permanent solution. The Fabric
Our plant-based fabrics are created from 100% Organic Bamboo Fibers derived from pure bamboo pulp, a renewable plant source. With a Thread Count of 300, we have the highest possible quality fabric, woven with sateen waves and bonded with pure silver ions on a molecular level for permanent results.
Our bedding is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. Our clinically proven fabric is certified by SGS, the world's leading testing, inspection, and certification company; successfully proven to reduce acne-causing bacteria by 99.9% at "24H" contact time.

Yes, Derme Home is a match made in nature. Our pure, natural silver ions bonded with our 100% organic bamboo fibers is the best way we know to prevent bacteria naturally. No harsh chemicals or toxins for your body or our environment.
We recommend washing Derme Home's fabric every 10-15 days in cold/medium water with gentle detergents. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Preferably, hang to air-dry. (Best for the environment, too) If not, tumble dry on low. Take care of your Derme Home bedsheets, and they will take even better care of you :)
Fabric weaving refers to the method used when combining the fibers into usable fabric. Each weaving method changes the softness of the material and, to some extent, its durability. For example, satin is known for its luxurious softness and sheen. It was first produced using silk in the Middle Ages and is what most people think of as silky smoothness. Derme Home's bedding is created with a sateen weave for not only an ultra-luxurious, silky feeling but also to keep you cool and crisp throughout the night.
Thread count matters. It gives you an idea of how closely the fibers are woven together. The beauty of bamboo is that the quality of the original thread naturally has an intrinsically long staple length. Because of the sheer size of bamboo fibers, long and thin lines can be spun, allowing more room for the thread to be woven together, essentially increasing the bamboo sheet's thread count.
Derme Home bedding has the "magic thread count number" of 300 for the ultimate "lux" experience. A 300TC Bamboo bedding set will always be softer than higher cotton thread counts, even a 1200TC Egyptian Cotton. No offense to cotton, but Bamboo has a natural advantage in regards to comfort. Bamboo is also naturally breathable, so adding the extra weight and density of more threads would be counterproductive

If we are unable to cancel your order before it ships out, you can initiate a return once you receive your order. Cancellations are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

An order is considered lost if tracking never confirms package status as "delivered."
If tracking shows no movement or looks stuck for more than two weeks, orders may be considered lost, and a claim will need to be made.
Orders “Lost in Transit” or “Delivered & Not Received” will only be reshipped. Please note: refunds will not be issued for these. Although our shipping department strives to be as perfect as our sheets, uncontrollable events may occur, so our carriers offer insurance on all orders (recommended on international orders)
Claims for orders lost in transit must be filed no later than 60 days from the last available tracking update.

An order is considered stolen if tracking confirms package status as "delivered" but not received. Derme Home asks that you wait 5 days from the day your package status was marked delivered before reaching out and filing your claim
Claims for stolen orders must be filed within 15 days from the date your package was marked delivered. We will only reship these and refunds will not be issued
If your item arrives damaged, unusable, or in an unacceptable condition, Derme Home encourages customers to file a claim immediately. Please include photo reference of damaged item and packaging received. You will be sent a prepaid return label to return the damaged products. Once the order is shipped back please reach out to us with the tracking so we can ship a replacement.
Please note: refunds will not be issued for orders damaged in transit.
Claims for damaged orders must be filed within 10 days from the date your package was marked delivered
