Derme Home makes every effort to fulfill order as soon as possible

Shipping Areas: We currently ship to all 50 states in the US and US territories.
Shipping Options: We offer standard shipping, expedited shipping and overnight shipping options. The shipping method and cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the items in your order and your location.
Processing Time: Orders received before 12pm EST will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders received after 12pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Delivery Time: Delivery time is based on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days and overnight shipping takes 1 business day.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your order and your location. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 and we charge 4.99 $ when the order value is under 100 $ .
Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
Delivery Confirmation: A signature may be required upon delivery for orders over $200. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier will leave a delivery attempt notice with instructions for how to retrieve your package.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery time or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.
Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. If the order has been shipped, please refer to our return policy for instructions on how to return the items.
